The Lifelong Learning Steve Attix Memorial Scholarship Fund

Lewis Builders has established this scholarship program aimed at building our future generations of designers and builders, and changing lives, one person at a time. We want students to see that the construction industry welcomes a diverse set of skills and wide range of opportunities from the creativity of design and architecture, to technical engineering and estimating, to the physical hands-on work of every trade specialty.

1. The applicant must demonstrate a desire to pursue a career in the construction industry: Architecture, Engineering, Design (Interior and Build}, Construction Trades
2. Open to graduating high school seniors, transfer students and returning students.
3. Preference will be given to students returning to work in Monterey County after completion.
4. Minimum GPA: N/A
5. To claim the award funds, the winning student must:
■ Enroll in an accredited school of higher education:
1. 4-year college or two-year college
2. vocational/trade school
