Scholarship Awards:
- Amount: $1,500 minimum

Scholarship Criteria:
1. Carmel High School Seniors
2. Minimum GPA: 3.0
3. Demonstrated excellence in some or all of the categories: academics, athletics, leadership, extracurricular activities, and community service by providing an Activities resume.

To claim the award funds, the winning student must:

• Enroll in an accredited school of higher education
  1. 2-year, 4-year, trade schools.
• As a full-time student
• by Fall semester after receiving the award
  1. Send the Claim Form provided by CFMC along with official proof of his or her enrollment to the Community Foundation
