Montage Health Foundation Scholarship Fund

Scholarship Guidelines:
Amount:

• up to $3,000 for community college and vocational education applicants
• up to $6,000 for four-year university applicants
• up to $10,000 for graduate/medical school applicants
  - Recipients are eligible to renew for up to 3 years
  - Applicants must pursue a degree/career in the healthcare industry (including laboratory work, nursing, radiology, etc.)

Scholarship Criteria:
The applicants must be:

• A graduating high school senior from a Monterey County high school; or
• Regular full-time employee in good standing or eligible dependent of a regular full4ime employee with at least one year of employment with Montage Health or its affiliates. Verification required; or
• Currently enrolled post-secondary Monterey County resident pursuing a career in the healthcare industry.

  - Demonstrated interest In completing a Bachelor’s degree, Graduate degree or Vocational School certification
