Scholarship Guidelines
Amount: $1,000
Open to: Carmel High School seniors

Scholarship Criteria
1. The scholarship recipient must be registered as a student at Carmel High School and graduating high school senior.
2. The scholarship recipient(s) should be chosen based on the applicant’s:
• Minimum GPA: 3.0
3. To claim the award funds, the winning student must:
 Enroll in an accredited school of higher education including:
1. Vocational training
2. Community college, associate degree
3. 4-year, bachelor’s degree
 As a full-time student
 by Fall semester after receiving the award
 Send the Claim Form provided by CFMC along with official proof of his or her enrollment to the Community Foundation.
