Megan Reis Imagine Scholarship Fund

1. The scholarship recipient(s) should be chosen based on the applicant’s:
• Documented financial need

2. The applicant must be registered as a student at Pacific Grove High School (Pacific Grove, CA)

3. To claim the award funds, the winning student must:
• Enroll in an accredited school of higher education:
1. 4-year school, or
2. 2-year community college with intent to transfer to a 4-year school.
• As a full-time student
• by Fall semester/quarter after receiving the award
• Send the Claim Form provided by CFMC along with official proof of his or her enrollment to the Community Foundation.

4. Scholarships are renewable based on students continued college enrollment.

5. Awards: Up to 5 Scholarships/year:
• $1,250/year for up to 4 years
