1. The purpose of the fund is to provide need-based scholarships to students at Monterey Peninsula College and Hartnell College who are majoring in computer science and information technology related fields.
2. Documented financial need.
3. Applicants must be registered as students at Monterey Peninsula College or Hartnell College
