Brigadier General John Bissell Scholarship

The Brigadier General John Bissell Scholarship was established by the late Mrs. Vada Bissell in memory of her husband. Applicants should demonstrate financial need, a strong likelihood of success in higher education, and evidence of good character and future leadership potential. Open to students from Seaside High School.
